E a suprema hipocrisia de ousar citar uma resolução do Tribunal Constitucional [a] para ‘justificar’ a 'enorme' subida das 'taxas moderadoras' quando o texto do relatório FMI, na sua globalidade, é um insultuoso atropelo aos mais elementares preceitos constitucionais?
